This may include your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and details about your order or event.

Payment Data. All checkout and payment processing is handled through Shopify. We do not collect or store your full payment card details ourselves. Shopify's privacy practices are described at shopify.com/legal/privacy.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

2. Will your information be shared with anyone?

In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

We may process or share your data based on the following:

  • Consent: When you have given us specific consent to use your personal information for a specific purpose.
  • Performance of a Contract: To fulfill an order, commission, rental, or partnership agreement with you.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How long do we keep your information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice, unless a longer period is required by law (such as tax or accounting requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if that is not possible, securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

4. How do we keep your information safe?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 years of age.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from a user under 18 has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from a minor, please contact us at mudsceramics@gmail.com.

To make such a request, please use the contact details provided below. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable law.

If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted before withdrawal.

7. Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. As no uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

8. Do California residents have specific privacy rights?

  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Muds Ceramics does not sell or share personal information.
